Do you provide meal plans or fitness guidance?
I provide customized wellness and nutrition guidance to support your goals and overall well-being. While I don’t provide fitness programs, I can offer lifestyle advice and resources that complement your physical activities.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
You can reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a session may incur a fee or result in the session being forfeited.
Is this program suitable for someone with medical conditions?
Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting any new wellness program, especially if you have a medical condition. I can work with you to create a program that aligns with any medical needs you have, but I do not provide medical advice.
What if I need support between sessions?
I offer email and messaging support between sessions for all clients. You’ll have access to check-ins and guidance as needed to stay on track with your goals.
Do you offer refunds if I decide the program isn’t for me?
Refunds are not typically offered after the program begins. However, if you’re facing unexpected challenges, we can discuss options to pause or adjust your program.
Can I upgrade to a longer program once I start?
